Sherry & Sushi…
At Smooth Red we have received a number of enquires to do wine tours to Jerez – the home of sherry. Tony packed his suitcase and had a great couple of days visiting those producers who supplied his grandfather!
SmoothRed are now able to offer fantastic wine tasting tours to one of the most unique and complex wine producing regions in the world. Here you will be able to sample Finos and Manzanillas the perfect match to sea food and the ideal partner to Japanese sushi. Tony also tried the lovely sweet sherry with a blue Gorgonzola, “simply heaven!”
Jerez is not far from Cadiz and Gibraltar and only a short drive from the Atlantic beaches so Tony came back raving about what a fabulous destination to go to in the winter months for our clients at Smooth Red.
