What is your most memorable travel experience?
My most memorable travel experience was when I went on Safari with my parents and my sister in South Africa, as we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, as well as hippos. My ultimate favourite part however was seeing penguins in Cape Town — that is a memory I will never forget.
Which destination is next on your list?
I would love to visit South America one day, as it’s one of the few continents I haven’t had the pleasure of visiting. Specifically Chile with its gorgeous landscapes and vibrant culture. I’ve always wanted to visit the Andes especially.
What is your favourite food and wine pairing?
My favourite pairing is a Pinot Noir and a spaghetti bolognese, specifically my dad’s homemade recipe as it gives a rich and earthy taste to the sauce and makes me think of dinners when I was younger coming back from a day of school.
