What is your most memorable travel experience?
Whilst visiting Australia last year, I was fortunate enough to spend time exploring the Southern Territory, which was a true highlight of my trip. The wine was exceptional, I had the opportunity to sample incredible vintages from the Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills, as well as discover some small boutique wineries on Kangaroo Island. The landscape and natural beauty of the vineyards across the region were equally breathtaking, especially when, every so often, a kangaroo would bound through the vines!
Which destination is next on your list?
Madeira is next on my bucket list, it sounds like the perfect destination for me! From its world-class wine and dramatic landscapes to incredible hiking trails, it seems to combine everything I love in one place.
What is your favourite food and wine pairing?
Pizza with a bold red, because if you’re going to commit to carbs, you may as well commit to a cabernet too! 🍕
