Le Boutique Hotel

Tucked on a side street just a few minutes’ walk from Bordeaux’s Golden Triangle and historic old centre, Le Boutique Hotel is a five-star property with a fascinating history.

Once owned by a minister to Louis XVIII and later Charles X, the mansion became a meeting place for the political elite and literary high society. The history and charm of the building shine alongside contemporary design features in this intimate boutique hotel.

Straddling three buildings set around an inner courtyard, the 29 rooms and suites are individually designed with a wide variety of sizes and features. Subtle colour schemes, top quality bedding and a blend of vintage and contemporary furniture come as standard, while some rooms have open-plan bathrooms and others feature a bath or Jacuzzi on the outside terrace.

While the hotel has no restaurant, there’s a buffet-style breakfast served daily, while the champagne Sunday brunch is a delicious treat. Located in the inner courtyard, the wine bar has a great selection of Bordeaux wines and serves a range of tapas in the evenings.
