Hôtel du Château

Each of the 17 rooms and suites is individually designed with dramatic flair. Expect a mix of exposed stone walls, flamboyant wallpaper, rich fabrics, and wood panelling, all with tiled floors and crisp white linens. Some rooms have bold colour schemes, while others are more muted. Bathrooms are marble, with some of the larger rooms featuring a quirky window (with modesty blind) between the bathroom and bedroom.

There’s no official restaurant here, although there are several superb restaurants within easy walking distance from the property. A continental breakfast is served daily and the lounge bar offers drinks and light snacks with magnificent views of the citadel from the panoramic terrace.
