Occupying a stunning location on the banks of the Loire River, Fleur de Loire Hotel and Spa opened to great excitement in spring 2022.

Set in an imposing 17th century hospice, this five-star hotel boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant, bistro, pastry kiosk, swimming pool and a Sisley spa. With the intimate feel of a private family home, this Relais & Châteaux hotel is the project of Michelin-starred chef, Christophe Hay.

Boasting magnificent views over the Loire and the city of Blois, the 44 guest rooms and suites have an elegant, refined ambiance. Blending organic, environmentally friendly materials from the region with the colours of the Loire and forest-inspired wallpaper, the contemporary rooms are havens of tranquillity. Upgrades include rooms with a furnished outdoor terrace or suites with additional living space, while all rooms have a gourmet bar.

With two Michelin stars and one green star for sustainability, the Christophe Hay Restaurant serves exquisite tasting menus showcasing the mouthwatering flavours of the region. Alternatively dine at Amour Blanc, which offers a bistro menu focusing on farm-to-table ingredients from the on-site gardens, or enjoy a signature cocktail in the bar.
