Entre Cielos

Surrounded by vineyards against a backdrop of the snow-capped Andes, Entre Cielos is a dreamy boutique hotel in the heart of Mendoza’s most celebrated Malbec region.

Set amid a picturesque, rural landscape, this minimalist and architecturally stunning hotel stands out to dramatic effect. Combining luxurious accommodation, a sleek spa, and exquisite food and wine, it offers a true feast for the senses.

The 24 rooms and suites are divided into six room categories, each named after a grade of wine from ‘Classic’ to ‘Grand Cru’. Highly stylised, they feature industrial concrete walls, statement furniture, strong colour palettes, rich textures and patterned textiles. For an extra special stay, opt for a Loft Suite, a futuristic cocoon that stands on stilts in the vineyard with a Jacuzzi on the terrace and skylights for stargazing.

The fine dining restaurant celebrates the regional flavours of Mendoza with a modern, international flair, complemented by a lengthy and impeccable wine list. There’s also a traditional Argentinian grill – an asado – featuring prime cuts roasted to perfection.

After a day’s wine tasting, head to the minimalist spa to rest and recharge in South America’s only traditional hammam and indulge in an exclusive grape-based treatment. You can also take a dip in the pool, go horse riding through the vines, or unwind with a private yoga session.
