A short courtesy note to thank you for facilitating what was a memorable and excellent experience in France’s premier wine regions. The administrative and planning support was second to none and we particularly appreciated the artistic licence to custom design our tour based on our requirements. The transport and accommodation arrangements were seamless and very suitable.
With culinary and wine appreciation being our true passion, I must make make particular note of the exceptional wine tours we embarked on in the Loire Valley (Amboise & Vouvray), Bordeaux (St Emillion) and Burgundy (Cote de Nuits) regions. Each guide was polite, very engaging and provided an insight into their region that could not be replicated in a book or journal. A privilege and a life experience that highlighted how little we did know about about the art and science of French viti and vini-culture. This experience would not have been possible unless each wine tour guide was as professional and passionate about their life’s work as the three gentleman we were fortunate enough to spend time with in each respective region. The opportunity to engage with local wine makers, wander the dark realms of their ancient cellars and gain an insight into their lives was truly memorable.
We will most definitely be recommending your services to our friends and colleagues, and will be in contact when we again return to France.
