Divided amongst several stone houses, the 16 rooms and 18 suites offer a modern twist to traditional Provençal design. Chef Adrien Brunet oversees two restaurants. The gastronomic restaurant, La Madeleine, showcases exquisite local cuisine with an equally impressive wine list, while the more casual La Table du Ventoux serves authentic Provençal dishes in a bistro-style atmosphere. With its panoramic terrace, the bar offers a lovely spot to toast the setting sun with a signature cocktail or glass of wine.
Set in the stylishly renovated stables, the spa is the ideal spot to recharge your batteries with an indulgent treatment. Alternatively, grab a lounger and relax around the outdoor pool while admiring the breathtaking views.
