With your appetite well and truly stoked, it’s time for your four-course grand tasting lunch, where you’ll get the chance to sample a selection of the region’s finest wines, including Aligoté, Chassagne, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Pernand-Vergelesses, Rully, Les Sétilles, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard.
