Relax with direct flights to Montpellier, on arrival you will meet your private driver for a transfer to the hotel. Once settled into this luxurious spa hotel, sample local wines with your dedicated sommelier in a tasting cellar in the comfort of your accommodation.
Enjoy a full day’s private chauffeured wine tasting tour with an English speaking driver/guide, in the vineyards of Pézenas & Faugères region. The vineyards of Pézenas & Faugères – from small and organic to large and impressive you will visit some of the finest wine producers in the area. The morning will be spent at an innovative producer of organic wines. Discover their amazing state of the art winery and cellars. Following the tour of the winery and a tasting of their delicious wines we are invited to share their home cooked lunch made from local seasonal produce. The afternoon visit is quite a contrast. This time you are visiting a traditional domaine that has been in the family for many generations. The wines are quite different too but also delicious and it will be an interesting to compare the visits and listen to the stories of these interesting domains. Later that afternoon your driver/guide will chauffeur you back to your accommodation.
The day to take at your leisure, indulge with a hamman or massage in the luxury spa at the hotel or spend the afternoon next to the outdoor pool, alternatively knock a ball about on the hotel’s tennis court or perhaps play a round of golf. If you are feeling active, choose from the many activities which can be arranged by the hotel which include diving, water sports, sailing or horse riding.
