Split between two buildings linked by a raised platform, the 61 rooms and suites bear the unmistakable stamp of Gehry’s design. The Gehry wing features tilted walls, zigzag windows and soaring ceilings, while all rooms include design details such as his cloud lampshades and cutting-edge technology. Best room in town is the Gehry Suite, with a private balcony overlooking the medieval town and church.
Blending the finest regional cuisine with futuristic techniques, the Michelin-starred Restaurante Marqués de Riscal takes guests on an exceptional culinary journey, accompanied by an extensive wine list. Alternatively, the more casual 1860 Tradición offers an a la carte menu of regional specialities, while the hotel bar, Vinoteca & Bistro, serves light bites throughout the day.
