The house is widely renowned for its style, quality and fine cuisine situated on Scotland’s north-eastern Moray coast.

In the evening, dine on the freshest of local ingredients as you enjoy a six-course tasting menu in a charming setting.

Day 2

Meet with your guide after breakfast and head north into the Highlands of Scotland. Today you will visit Speyside, a true whisky heaven! By far the largest (by number of distilleries) and arguably the most famous of Scotland’s whisky regions, this breathtaking area sits in a fertile valley of rivers and secluded glens, home to over half of Scotland’s distilleries. Visit a small family distillery that has been distilling since 1898 using the very same spring water rising in the nearby Romach Hills.

Unwind with lunch in one of the local charming pubs serving farm-to-fork. With a wonderful selection of beers from local craft breweries along with a large cocktail list, full of delicious whisky cocktails.

In the afternoon visit the esteemed Macallan estate. Explore the history and process of the Macallan whisky with an expert guide to take you on a journey into the past and present of whisky production.

Day 3

Meet with your guide after breakfast before travelling towards Inverness. Optional Experience: Visit Culloden Battlefield along the way, the site of the last battle on British soil in 1745.

Cruise along the canal and loch before stopping off to visit Urquhart Castle this morning. Your journey starts at Dochgarroch Lock, sailing through the famous man-made part of the Caledonian Canal onto the world-famous waters of Loch Ness. Hop ashore to explore the ruin of the historic Urquhart Castle.

In the afternoon, travel north along the coast to Moray Firth. Tonight, stay overlooking its unspoilt shores, nestled amongst the ruins of an old castle, a glorious 17th-century Highland hideaway on the edge of the firth. Tonight, you will enjoy a sumptuous dinner paired with wine and enjoy unforgettable Highland hospitality.

Visit an exclusive distillery by the tranquil shores of the Dornoch Firth, amidst the golden barley fields that border the royal burgh of Tain.
