Boath House

Scotland

Description

A luxury country house, widely renowned for its style, quality and fine cuisine. Set in 22 acres of beautiful grounds, ornamental lakes and walled gardens. Situated on Scotland’s majestic Moray Firth coast, the perfect base to explore the beautiful Highland scenery of the Cairngorms National Park to the south and discover the rich history of the area.

Dining

Savour local and ethically sourced produce in the inviting restaurant with fine views out over the lawns down to the lake through its large French windows glimpses of the wild flower meadow and walled garden can be seen in the distance.  Dinner is served in The Kale yard in the walled garden a short meander from the main house.

Rooms and Suites

With just nine beautiful bedrooms including two cottages, Boath House was originally built as a family home and they have tried, as far as possible, to retain the original features of the house.  The traditional ‘dressing room’ which was attached to each bedroom on the upper floor has been converted to an en suite bathroom, otherwise the rooms have retained their original character as shown in the original architectural plans of the house.
