Trip details

Day 1

Upon arrival at Inverness Airport, you’ll be met by your private driver and transported to your boutique Highland hotel, Glenmorangie House.

Check into your unique room, its décor inspired by a particular blend of Glenmorangie whisky, then head to the distillery for an in-depth flavour adventure. Your four-dram tasting starts with the signature Glenmorangie before sampling three experimental flavours, all paired with Highland cheese and chocolate.

Round off your first day with some award-winning Scottish cuisine gathered around Glenmorangie House’s communal table.

Day 2

After breakfast, check out of Glenmorangie House and your private driver will collect you for a full-day chauffeured tour of Speyside. A sub-region of the Highland whisky region, Speyside is a patchwork of glistening locks, craggy mountains and verdant valleys. It’s also home to over half of Scotland’s distilleries!

Speyside malts have an incredible diversity of character and style, and rank among some of the finest whiskies in the world. We can tailor this day to your preferences, with options including Gordon & MacPhail and Glenfarclas; the day includes two tours and tastings, along with lunch in a local pub accompanied by a fine selection of craft beers and whisky cocktails.

In the evening check into The Fife Arms, a former Victorian coaching inn that blends traditional Highland flair with world-class contemporary art.

Day 3

Unwind with a relaxing morning at The Fife Arms; there are plenty of activities on offer from art tours of the property to various creative and outdoor pursuits.

You’ve a treat in store this afternoon with a special Whisky Afternoon Tea held in Bertie’s Whisky Bar. Savour four specially chosen whiskies paired with a selection of perfectly crafted sweet treats. Named in honour of Queen Victoria’s eldest son, King Edward VII, also known as Bertie, this atmospheric bar features a library of over 390 whiskies – stay afterwards to sample a dram or two more!

Day 4

It’s your final morning in the Highlands today. After a hearty Scottish breakfast, your private guide will whisk you away for one last whisky treat. Enjoy a tutored tasting of four single malts and one deluxe Scottish blend, before a three-course Scottish food experience at an award-winning restaurant.

Taste buds zinging with pleasure, you’ll be transferred to Edinburgh Airport to catch your flight home.  Alternatively, you have the option to upgrade and extend this tour with a stay at The Balmoral, a five-star luxury hotel in Edinburgh.
